1) Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Two Force Movers (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, communicate with us, or book services.

2) Information we collect

  • Information you provide: contact details (name, phone number and/or email), move details (from/to area, preferred date(s), home size, access notes), and anything you choose to submit.
  • Basic technical data: IP address, approximate location (city/region), device/browser type, pages visited, and referral/source information.
  • Cookies & analytics data: usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools (see “Cookies & analytics”).

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., government ID numbers, financial account details, or passwords). Our quote forms may request both a phone number and an email address so we can send a written estimate and follow up if needed.

3) How we use personal information

  • To provide quotes, confirm details, and communicate about your request.
  • To schedule, coordinate, and perform moving services when you book with us.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve website performance, content, and user experience.
  • To protect our business and customers from spam, abuse, or fraud (including form protections such as honeypot fields, rate-limiting, and security monitoring).
  • To keep records related to customer support, billing, and dispute resolution where needed.

When you submit a form or contact us, you consent to our collection and use of your information to respond to you and provide the requested services. Some processing may also be carried out for reasonable business purposes such as operating, securing, and improving our website and services.

You may withdraw consent where applicable by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions (for example, recordkeeping related to payments or disputes).

5) When we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only as necessary to operate our services, such as:

  • Service providers (processors): website hosting, email/SMS tools, analytics providers (including Google Analytics/GA4), and spam-prevention/security services.
  • Legal & safety: if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security (including investigating suspected fraud).

Service providers are expected to protect information and use it only to provide their services to us.

6) Cross-border processing

Some service providers may store or process information outside Canada (for example, in the United States). In such cases, information may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed. We work with reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect the information.

7) Retention

We keep quote requests and related communications only as long as necessary for quoting, scheduling, customer support, and recordkeeping. We may retain certain information longer if required by law or for legitimate business needs (e.g., resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for their roles. No website or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk and limit access.

9) Cookies, analytics & event tracking

We may use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics/GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, measure performance, and improve pages. Our site may also record basic interaction events (for example: clicks to call, clicks to text, and form submissions) to measure how well the website helps customers.

  • Cookie controls: you can manage cookies through your browser settings and may be able to limit tracking through device privacy settings.
  • Do Not Track: some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Our systems may not respond uniformly to these signals.

Disabling cookies may affect certain site features. We do not knowingly attempt to identify you using analytics data alone.

10) Your choices & requests

Subject to applicable requirements and exceptions, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request and will respond within a reasonable time.

11) Security incidents

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, reduce risk, and comply with any applicable notification requirements.

12) Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13) Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version posted on this page.
